Lau Sai!

Aiya, after the Sunday run with Loneruner, CM and Chen, me pun setengah mati liao...In the afternoon decided to go Mid Valley for jalan-jalan. Saw fruit juice stall and ordered a pineapple juice. Mana tau the juice is rosak wan...I also dunno how to judge whether rosak or not, so just sapu everythinglah...now...sakit perut loh....
